How To Resolve Problem With Good Leadership QualitiesLeaders have to be good at resolving problems. This is part of the natural process in developing good leadership qualities. While problem solving, they may have to go to great lengths to solve the problems, by using resources, critical thinking, new ideas, and the like to figure out how they can solve the problem. The leaders have to use their guiding principals to take every step, resources to their advantage to reach a conclusion. Consider critical thinking for a moment. What do you conclude that this means to you? What does it entail? How can it work to your advantage? Think carefully and use your critical thinking mind to solve a problem in your life. Consider the problem carefully without pointing fingers. Is the problem money? Is the problem within the marriage arrangement? Is the problem include children's grades, behaviors etc? First, you must have an idea as to what instincts, critical thinking, and qualities involve as well as a brief definition to start employing these leadership traits. Instincts are guiders in our life and these instincts are naturally ingrained in our conscious mind. The problem is most people repress their instincts or else ignore them instead of heading the warnings that those instincts deliver, or trigger. Qualities are also natural inborn abilities that we have to work toward success. The problem is many people battle against these qualities and instincts, thus the proof comes out in behaviors. Some of those behaviors could include problems in family life, problems at school, problems at the workplace, and problems in life as a whole. The problem is most times these problems go unresolved or get worse. Some people go beyond to repress their inborn abilities, which gradually lead them to crime, prostitution, alcoholism, pornography, drugs, and the like. Thus, this article is structured to define, and inform you what qualities are needed to be a leader, what traits you can employ to become that leader, and how to use your instincts and qualities combined to remain a leader. Most people think of leaders as presidents, teachers, doctors, lawyers, and so forth. The truth is we all have leader qualities inside and it takes you to work with those qualities and instincts to create a leader in you. Notice that I said create. A leader reaches within to pull up his resources within and works outward to cultivate and develop these human qualities. Now that you have reviewed your creative thinking abilities, what does it mean to you? Now if you thought of critical as a cynical human being that judges others irrational with no concrete evidence to support their opinions then you jumped track, yet criticism is exactly this thought you are thinking and a leader will disregard this type of thinking. Critical thinking is the process of using all resources in your mind to decide what a problem is, and come up with new creative ideas to resolve the problem. To help you understand how this works, let’s consider financial burdens. Per se, you have financial difficulties now. What can you do to resolve these issues? Have you searched your local area to see if any relief programs are available to you? Have you probed the job market to see if you can find a better position and working environment? Are you a homemaker raising children alone? What can you do to make things happen for you? As you can see critical thinking is involved in this question asking process, which is also a trait of a leader. Conclusion Leaders are problem solvers. Some of the most deadly incidents occur from failure in using the mind to its fullest and going against natural instincts.
